As if we needed another reason to covet an Alexander Wang piece. The designer has teamed up with Samsung Galaxy to design a handbag inspired by drawings and photos created on the Note II smartphone, according to Women’s Wear Daily, and it’s for a good cause, too!

The collaboration also involves a few “influencers,” a.k.a. good friends of Mr. Wang who each drew a doodle or two of their own to inspire the designer for his final print, including fashion photographer Craig McDean, Vogue‘s digital creative director Sally Singer, and models Aymeline Valade, Shannan Click.

“Technology is so important to how I work and how I get inspired,” he told WWD. “So we’re hoping we can create a new facet to inspiration, to bring in a new perspective.”

The official print will be revealed on February 25th, and proceeds from the handbag sales will benefit Art Start, a NYC-based non-profit organization that provides a creative environment for at-risk youth in homeless shelters and alternative to incarceration programs.
